*A registered observer is a non-contestant, non-advisor, chaparone, contest model, administrator, guest, or non-member, 
Registered observers have access to all general events but will not receive a conference shirt, pin, tickets for social events, or other conference materials.

  • Convention Center Parking: $15 per day self-parking

  • Transportation Friday - Saturday is provided by OCC and will be limited to blocked hotels only. (Element Hotel, Ayers Hotel Ayers Suites, Hyatt Suites, County Inn & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Town Place Suites, Courtyard, Embassy, La Quinta, Ontario Airport Springhill, Sheraton Four Points Hotel.) Hotels outside the SkillsUSA block will not have shuttles provided.

  • No transportation is provided for the opening and closing ceremony at the Toyota Arena. Chapters should plan their own transportation. Limited transportation is provided for off-site competitions and hotels listed above.
