Contest Guidelines Posted October 10, 2022

The 2023 regional contest will run in a hybrid format between January 21th and February 18th. Each Saturday will be reserved for a specific contest based on the registration numbers. Students must be registered by November 11, 2022, to be able to compete. All chapters must complete the Chapter of Excellence Program level one to be eligible to compete.
The SkillsUSA Championships Technical Standards are the official rules of all Nationally recognized contests. The official Technical Standards can be found on the SkillsUSA Absorb Site by logging in with your paid professional membership.
Please note that all California Only contests are governed by their own rules not found in the official technical standards. These contest rules can be found in the contests' web updates.

Contest updates are posted as they are received from the Technical Committee Chairs and Contest Coordinators. If information is not listed through the links below, refer to the National Technical Standards for baseline contest information.
