provided by SkillsUSA CA. Accommodations
are only provided for the student. The event is supervised by SkillsUSA CA Staff and does not require a parent or chaperone to attend.
Candidates must:

Be a SkillsUSA California member on or before the start of the incoming school year.

Be going into the 8th-10th grade for the incoming school year.

Complete an online application.

Provide a personal statement of intent, "Why do you want to attend the Leadership Academy?"

Provide an advisor/teacher recommendation letter.

Those who have previously graduated from the academy are not eligible to apply.
Upon Acceptance:
Provide parental consent form.
Provide waiver and release of liability form.
