Proposed Constitutional Amendment
The Excelsior Chapter is proposing a Constitutional amendment to add the Middle School Division in alignment with the national organization in addition to Middle School Ambassador position. It also proposes to revise the slate of officers available for the Secondary Division and Post Secondary Division and formalizes the Regional Officers as part of the elected student officers. Voting on thjis proposal will take place during the delegate sessions at the 50th Annual SkillsUSA California State Leadership and Skill Conference to be held in San Diego in April, 2017.

Community College Campus Affiliation Plan Documents
The Community College Campus Affiliation Plan (similar to the TPP for middle and high school campuses) allows your institution to join multiple students and advisors from a Community College Campus. Use these documents - 2015-16 College Campus Affiliation Agreement and Campus Fees and Deadlines - to determine the costs associated with the program as well as the annual contract to join SkillsUSA California using this process. Please note that you must have a minimum of 101 student members and 1 professional member (advisor) per 25 student members to affiliate with SkillsUSA to use this method of membership.

As a reminder, Perkins funds can be used to pay the TPP affiliation fee as well as the instructional materials fees associated with the TPP.
